We just finished up publishing a long term project by one of the Tribune’s staff photographers. Julia did an outstanding job on this, a story she cared passionately about. I was also happy to be a part of it through editing and supporting her. I learned a lot. Made some mistakes and hopefully did some things right too. It was nice to see the Tribune give it some good space. We ran the Spirit Riders story in three parts over three days. Here’s the pages (click on the images to see them larger).
